LEARN MORE ABOUT AMANDA
Born and raised in Memphis, Amanda H. Sammons first discovered her passion for justice by presenting arguments on her high school mock trial team. While studying at the University of Tennessee College of Law, she met and married Campbell County native, Scott Sammons, and has called the majestic mountains of East Tennessee home ever since.
Amanda has copious experience in the courtroom from both sides of the bench. She has worked with the District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor, which allows her to represent defendants with an edge. She was elected to the Campbell County General Sessions and Juvenile Courts where she served for eight years. With nearly two decades of experience, she is an accomplished litigator, winning numerous criminal and family trials. Amanda enjoys helping people navigate the court system while effectively advocating on their behalf.
In her spare time, she teaches young people in her church and spends time in the woods hunting turkey.
