The best way to judge an attorney is to look at his trial record. In the three decades that Dail R. Cantrell has practiced law in the State of Tennessee, he has obtained trial verdicts and settlements in the tens of millions of dollars. He was selected as one of the few attorneys in the United States to participate in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership is limited to attorneys who have obtained trial verdicts or settlements in excess of $1,000,000.00.

R. EMILY HORTON
R. Emily Horton is from Surgoinsville, Tennessee and graduated from Lincoln Memorial University, Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee. During her career, Emily has helped clients secure six-figure awards and her practice areas include personal injury, special needs education, contracts, and civil litigation. Emily enjoys reading, watching college football, spending time with her family on the lake, and crafting.

DANIEL GOODGE
Daniel Goodge, a lifelong East Tennessee native and University of Tennessee College of Law graduate, specializes in diverse legal areas, including Administrative, Criminal, and Family Law. Affiliated with the Cantrell Law Firm since 2009, he briefly left the legal profession in 2018 but returned in 2023. Beyond his legal roles, he's active in the Knoxville First Seventh-day Adventist Church, values family time, and is an avid golfer.

AMANDA H. SAMMONS
Amanda has copious experience in the courtroom from both sides of the bench. She has worked with the District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor, which allows her to represent defendants with an edge. With nearly two decades of experience, she is an accomplished litigator, winning numerous criminal and family trials. Amanda enjoys helping people navigate the court system while effectively advocating on their behalf.

W. LUCAS ARNOLD
Lucas Arnold, a Middlesboro, Kentucky native, graduated from the University of Tennessee with a journalism degree in 2006. After receiving the Book Award for legal research and writing at Barry University School of Law, he began his legal career at Young, Williams & Kirk in 2009, later joining The Cantrell Law Firm in 2015. Specializing in estate planning, trusts, probate, property, business, and bankruptcy law, Lucas has a successful track record in complex probates and property judgments. Alongside his legal work, he enjoys family life, reading, CrossFit, woodworking, and actively participates in community programs like Big Brothers Big Sisters, as well as being a member of Second Baptist Church of Clinton.
